1. General Conditions
- All returns require prior written consent and confirmation from Husky Tape. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
- Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Special Cut items and Indent items are non-returnable under any circumstances.
- Custom-made or modified products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
3. Handling Charges
- Credits for goods ordered in error will incur a handling fee of 15% of the invoice value of the returned goods.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- If your return is rejected, we will provide a clear explanation.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Husky Tape does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. Exchange Timeframes
- Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, contact us immediately at admin@huskytape.com.au with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
8. Australian Consumer Law
- Consumer guarantees under the ACL apply automatically and cannot be excluded or limited by our policy.
